بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |
| |
শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু। |
| |
|
|
| |
اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ |
(1 |
| |
কেয়ামত আসন্ন, চন্দ্র বিদীর্ণ হয়েছে। |
|
| |
The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder (the people of Makkah requested Prophet Muhammad SAW to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَإِن يَرَوْا آيَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ |
(2 |
| |
তারা যদি কোন নিদর্শন দেখে তবে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয় এবং বলে, এটা তো চিরাগত জাদু। |
|
| |
And if they see a sign, they turn away, and say: ”This is continuous magic.” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَكَذَّبُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ |
(3 |
| |
তারা মিথ্যারোপ করছে এবং নিজেদের খেয়াল-খুশীর অনুসরণ করছে। প্রত্যেক কাজ যথাসময়ে স্থিরীকৃত হয়। |
|
| |
They belied (the Verses of Allâh, this Qur’ân), and followed their own lusts. And every matter will be settled [according to the kind of deeds (for the doer of good deeds, his deeds will take him to Paradise, and similarly evil deeds will take their doers to Hell)]. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ جَاءهُم مِّنَ الْأَنبَاء مَا فِيهِ مُزْدَجَرٌ |
(4 |
| |
তাদের কাছে এমন সংবাদ এসে গেছে, যাতে সাবধানবাণী রয়েছে। |
|
| |
And indeed there has come to them news (in this Qur’ân) wherein there is (enough warning) to check (them from evil), |
|
| |
|
|
| |
حِكْمَةٌ بَالِغَةٌ فَمَا تُغْنِ النُّذُرُ |
(5 |
| |
এটা পরিপূর্ণ জ্ঞান, তবে সতর্ককারীগণ তাদের কোন উপকারে আসে না। |
|
| |
Perfect wisdom (this Qur’ân), but (the preaching of) warners benefit them not, |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ يَوْمَ يَدْعُ الدَّاعِ إِلَى شَيْءٍ نُّكُرٍ |
(6 |
| |
অতএব, আপনি তাদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিন। যেদিন আহবানকারী আহবান করবে এক অপ্রিয় পরিণামের দিকে, |
|
| |
So (O Muhammad SAW) withdraw from them. The Day that the caller will call (them) to a terrible thing. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
خُشَّعًا أَبْصَارُهُمْ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمْ جَرَادٌ مُّنتَشِرٌ |
(7 |
| |
তারা তখন অবনমিত নেত্রে কবর থেকে বের হবে বিক্ষিপ্ত পংগপাল সদৃশ। |
|
| |
They will come forth, with humbled eyes from (their) graves as if they were locusts spread abroad, |
|
| |
|
|
| |
مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ يَقُولُ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ |
(8 |
| |
তারা আহবানকারীর দিকে দৌড়াতে থাকবে। কাফেরা বলবেঃ এটা কঠিন দিন। |
|
| |
Hastening towards the caller, the disbelievers will say: ”This is a hard Day.” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ فَكَذَّبُوا عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوا مَجْنُونٌ وَازْدُجِرَ |
(9 |
| |
তাদের পূর্বে নূহের সম্প্রদায়ও মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল। তারা মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল আমার বান্দা নূহের প্রতি এবং বলেছিলঃ এ তো উম্মাদ। তাঁরা তাকে হুমকি প্রদর্শন করেছিল। |

| |
The people of Nûh (Noah) denied (their Messenger) before them, they rejected Our slave, and said: ”A madman!” and he was insolently rebuked and threatened. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَدَعَا رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانتَصِرْ |
(10 |
| |
অতঃপর সে তার পালনকর্তাকে ডেকে বললঃ আমি অক্ষম, অতএব, তুমি প্রতিবিধান কর। |
|
| |
Then he invoked his Lord (saying): ”I have been overcome, so help (me)!” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَفَتَحْنَا أَبْوَابَ السَّمَاء بِمَاء مُّنْهَمِرٍ |
(11 |
| |
তখন আমি খুলে দিলাম আকাশের দ্বার প্রবল বারিবর্ষণের মাধ্যমে। |
|
| |
So We opened the gates of heaven with water pouring forth. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَفَجَّرْنَا الْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاء عَلَى أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ |
(12 |
| |
এবং ভুমি থেকে প্রবাহিত করলাম প্রস্রবণ। অতঃপর সব পানি মিলিত হল এক পরিকম্পিত কাজে। |
|
| |
And We caused the earth to gush forth with springs. So the waters (of the heaven and the earth) met for a matter predestined. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَحَمَلْنَاهُ عَلَى ذَاتِ أَلْوَاحٍ وَدُسُرٍ |
(13 |
| |
আমি নূহকে আরোহণ করালাম এক কাষ্ঠ ও পেরেক নির্মিত জলযানে। |
|
| |
And We carried him on a (ship) made of planks and nails, |
|
| |
|
|
| |
تَجْرِي بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَاء لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ |
(14 |
| |
যা চলত আমার দৃষ্টি সামনে। এটা তার পক্ষ থেকে প্রতিশোধ ছিল, যাকে প্রত্যখ্যান করা হয়েছিল। |
|
| |
Floating under Our Eyes, a reward for him who had been rejected! |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَاهَا آيَةً فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ |
(15 |
| |
আমি একে এক নিদর্শনরূপে রেখে দিয়েছি। অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি? |
|
| |
And indeed, We have left this as a sign, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? |
|
| |
|
| |
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ |
(16 |
| |
কেমন কঠোর ছিল আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী। |
|
| |
Then how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ |
(17 |
| |
আমি কোরআনকে সহজ করে দিয়েছি বোঝার জন্যে। অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি? |
|
| |
And We have indeed made the Qur’ân easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ |
(18 |
| |
আদ সম্প্রদায় মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল, অতঃপর কেমন কঠোর হয়েছিল আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী। |
|
| |
’Ad (people) belied (their Prophet, Hûd), then how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِي يَوْمِ نَحْسٍ مُّسْتَمِرٍّ |
(19 |
| |
আমি তাদের উপর প্রেরণ করেছিলাম ঝঞ্জাবায়ু এক চিরাচরিত অশুভ দিনে। |
|
| |
Verily, We sent against them a furious wind of harsh voice on a day of evil omen and continuous calamity. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
تَنزِعُ النَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ مُّنقَعِرٍ |
(20 |
| |
তা মানুষকে উৎখাত করছিল, যেন তারা উৎপাটিত খর্জুর বৃক্ষের কান্ড। |
|
| |
Plucking out men as if they were uprooted stems of date-palms. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ |
(21 |
| |
অতঃপর কেমন কঠোর ছিল আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী। |
|
| |
Then, how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ |
(22 |
| |
আমি কোরআনকে বোঝার জন্যে সহজ করে দিয়েছি। অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি? |
|
| |
And We have indeed made the Qur’ân easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِالنُّذُرِ |
(23 |
| |
সামুদ সম্প্রদায় সতর্ককারীদের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল। |
|
| |
Thamûd (people also) belied the warnings. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَقَالُوا أَبَشَرًا مِّنَّا وَاحِدًا نَّتَّبِعُهُ إِنَّا إِذًا لَّفِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ |
(24 |
| |
তারা বলেছিলঃ আমরা কি আমাদেরই একজনের অনুসরণ করব? তবে তো আমরা বিপথগামী ও বিকার গ্রস্থরূপে গণ্য হব। |
|
| |
For they said: ”A man! Alone from among us, that we are to follow? Truly, then we should be in error and distress or madness!” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
أَؤُلْقِيَ الذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِن بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ |
(25 |
| |
আমাদের মধ্যে কি তারই প্রতি উপদেশ নাযিল করা হয়েছে? বরং সে একজন মিথ্যাবাদী, দাম্ভিক। |
|
| |
”Is it that the Reminder is sent to him [Prophet Sâlih (Saleh) ] alone from among us? Nay, he is an insolent liar!” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ الْكَذَّابُ الْأَشِرُ |
(26 |
| |
এখন আগামীকল্যই তারা জানতে পারবে কে মিথ্যাবাদী, দাম্ভিক। |
|
| |
Tomorrow they will come to know, who is the liar, the insolent one! |
|
| |
|
|
| |
إِنَّا مُرْسِلُو النَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَارْتَقِبْهُمْ وَاصْطَبِرْ |
(27 |
| |
আমি তাদের পরীক্ষার জন্য এক উষ্ট্রী প্রেরণ করব, অতএব, তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য রাখ এবং সবর কর। |
|
| |
Verily, We are sending the she-camel as a test for them. So watch them [O Sâlih (Saleh) ], and be patient! |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاء قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ |
(28 |
| |
এবং তাদেরকে জানিয়ে দাও যে, তাদের মধ্যে পানির পালা নির্ধারিত হয়েছে এবং পালাক্রমে উপস্থিত হতে হবে। |
|
| |
And inform them that the water is to be shared between (her and) them. Each one’s right to drink being established (by turns). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَنَادَوْا صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَى فَعَقَرَ |
(29 |
| |
অতঃপর তারা তাদের সঙ্গীকে ডাকল। সে তাকে ধরল এবং বধ করল। |
|
| |
But they called their comrade and he took (a sword) and killed (her). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ |
(30 |
| |
অতঃপর কেমন কঠোর ছিল আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী। |
|
| |
Then, how (terrible) was My Torment and My Warnings? |
|
| |
|
| |
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَكَانُوا كَهَشِيمِ الْمُحْتَظِرِ |
(31 |
| |
আমি তাদের প্রতি একটিমাত্র নিনাদ প্রেরণ করেছিলাম। এতেই তারা হয়ে গেল শুষ্ক শাখাপল্লব নির্মিত দলিত খোয়াড়ের ন্যায়। |
|
| |
Verily, We sent against them a single Saîhah (torment - awful cry, etc.), and they became like the dry stubble of a fold-builder. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ |
(32 |
| |
আমি কোরআনকে বোঝার জন্যে সহজ করে দিয়েছি। অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি? |
|
| |
And indeed, We have made the Qur’ân easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ بِالنُّذُرِ |
(33 |
| |
লূত-সম্প্রদায় সতর্ককারীদের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল। |
|
| |
The people of Lout (Lot) belied the warnings. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حَاصِبًا إِلَّا آلَ لُوطٍ نَّجَّيْنَاهُم بِسَحَرٍ |
(34 |
| |
আমি তাদের প্রতি প্রেরণ করেছিলাম প্রস্তর বর্ষণকারী প্রচন্ড ঘূর্ণিবায়ু; কিন্তু লূত পরিবারের উপর নয়। আমি তাদেরকে রাতের শেষপ্রহরে উদ্ধার করেছিলাম। |

| |
Verily, We sent against them a violent storm of stones (which destroyed them all), except the family of Lout (Lot), whom We saved in last hour of the night, |
|
| |
|
|
| |
نِعْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي مَن شَكَرَ |
(35 |
| |
আমার পক্ষ থেকে অনুগ্রহ স্বরূপ। যারা কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার করে, আমি তাদেরকে এভাবে পুরস্কৃত করে থকি। |
|
| |
As a Favour from Us, thus do We reward him who gives thanks (by obeying Us). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا بِالنُّذُرِ |
(36 |
| |
লূত (আঃ) তাদেরকে আমার প্রচন্ড পাকড়াও সম্পর্কে সতর্ক করেছিল। অতঃপর তারা সতর্কবাণী সম্পর্কে বাকবিতন্ডা করেছিল। |
|
| |
And he [Lout (Lot)] indeed had warned them of Our Grasp, but they did doubt the warnings! |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ رَاوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِ فَطَمَسْنَا أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ |
(37 |
| |
তারা লূতের (আঃ) কাছে তার মেহমানদেরকে দাবী করেছিল। তখন আমি তাদের চক্ষু লোপ করে দিলাম। অতএব, আস্বাদন কর আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী। |
|
| |
And they indeed sought to shame his guest (by asking to commit sodomy with them). So We blinded their eyes, ”Then taste you My Torment and My Warnings.” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ |
(38 |
| |
তাদেরকে প্রত্যুষে নির্ধারিত শাস্তি আঘাত হেনেছিল। |
|
| |
And verily, an abiding torment seized them early in the morning. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ |
(39 |
| |
অতএব, আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী আস্বাদন কর। |
|
| |
”Then taste you My Torment and My Warnings.” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ |
(40 |
| |
আমি কোরআনকে বোঝবার জন্যে সহজ করে দিয়েছি। অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি? |
|
| |
And indeed, We have made the Qur’ân easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ جَاء آلَ فِرْعَوْنَ النُّذُرُ |
(41 |
| |
ফেরাউন সম্প্রদায়ের কাছেও সতর্ককারীগণ আগমন করেছিল। |
|
| |
And indeed, warnings came to the people of Fir’aun (Pharaoh) [through Mûsa (Moses) and Hârûn (Aaron)]. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ |
(42 |
| |
তারা আমার সকল নিদর্শনের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল। অতঃপর আমি পরাভূতকারী, পরাক্রমশালীর ন্যায় তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করলাম। |
|
| |
(They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُوْلَئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَاءةٌ فِي الزُّبُرِ |
(43 |
| |
তোমাদের মধ্যকার কাফেররা কি তাদের চাইতে শ্রেষ্ঠ ? না তোমাদের মুক্তির সনদপত্র রয়েছে কিতাবসমূহে? |
|
| |
Are your disbelievers (O Quraish!) better than these [nations of Nûh (Noah), Lout (Lot), Sâlih (Saleh), and the people of Fir’aun (Pharaoh), etc., who were destroyed)? Or have you an immunity (against Our Torment) in the Divine Scriptures? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌ مُّنتَصِرٌ |
(44 |
| |
না তারা বলে যে, আমারা এক অপরাজেয় দল? |
|
| |
Or do they say: ”We are a great multitude, and we shall be victorious.?” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
سَيُهْزَمُ الْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ الدُّبُرَ |
(45 |
| |
এ দল তো সত্ত্বরই পরাজিত হবে এবং পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করবে। |
|
| |
Their multitude will be put to flight, and they will show their backs. |
|
| |
|
| |
بَلِ السَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَى وَأَمَرُّ |
(46 |
| |
বরং কেয়ামত তাদের প্রতিশ্রুত সময় এবং কেয়ামত ঘোরতর বিপদ ও তিক্ততর। |
|
| |
Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِي ضَلَالٍ وَسُعُرٍ |
(47 |
| |
নিশ্চয় অপরাধীরা পথভ্রষ্ট ও বিকারগ্রস্ত। |
|
| |
Verily, the Mujrimûn (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ |
(48 |
| |
যেদিন তাদেরকে মুখ হিঁচড়ে টেনে নেয়া হবে জাহান্নামে, বলা হবেঃ অগ্নির খাদ্য আস্বাদন কর। |
|
| |
The Day they will be dragged in the Fire on their faces (it will be said to them): ”Taste you the touch of Hell!” |
|
| |
|
|
| |
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ |
(49 |
| |
আমি প্রত্যেক বস্তুকে পরিমিতরূপে সৃষ্টি করেছি। |
|
| |
Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَمَا أَمْرُنَا إِلَّا وَاحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍ بِالْبَصَرِ |
(50 |
| |
আমার কাজ তো এক মুহূর্তে চোখের পলকের মত। |
|
| |
And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا أَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ |
(51 |
| |
আমি তোমাদের সমমনা লোকদেরকে ধ্বংস করেছি, অতএব, কোন চিন্তাশীল আছে কি? |
|
| |
And indeed, We have destroyed your likes, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِي الزُّبُرِ |
(52 |
| |
তারা যা কিছু করেছে, সবই আমলনামায় লিপিবদ্ধ আছে। |
|
| |
And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُسْتَطَرٌ |
(53 |
| |
ছোট ও বড় সবই লিপিবদ্ধ। |
|
| |
And everything, small and big is written (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer ÇáÇíä ÈÇáÞÏÑ) (See the Qur’ân V.57:22). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ |
(54 |
| |
খোদাভীরুরা থাকবে জান্নাতে ও নির্ঝরিণীতে। |
|
| |
Verily, The Muttaqûn (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). |
|
| |
|
|
| |
فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ |
(55 |
| |
যোগ্য আসনে, সর্বাধিপতি সম্রাটের সান্নিধ্যে। |
|
| |
In a seat of truth (i.e. Paradise), near the Omnipotent King (Allâh, the All-Blessed, the Most High, the Owner of Majesty and Honour). |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
|
